Hello Visitor.
It’s my great pleasure to welcome you to my website - FastPastor.co.uk.
My name is Colin Hill, and I’m a minister (pastor) and an avid biker. I hope to be able to share with you some of the things that goes on around me, and hope you’ll enjoy your visit.
I’m 59 years old, married to Joan for 38 years, and have 3 grown up children. Also - so far - God has blessed me with a grandson, Samuel.
I’m pastoring Prescot Community Church - a church within the Elim Pentecostal Alliance. I founded the church in 1987, and it has been a tremendous journey, going from meeting in church members’ houses - over meeting in a scout hut - to having our own place.
I believe that the church must be relevant - and serve the community in which it is based - to meet the needs of people within that community. As a result, in 1993, the church set up a charitable organisation - Prescot Oasis Centre - which today runs a number of services to serve over 500 people in need every week.
In my own time I like nothing better than taking my Honda VFR750 for a ride. If you have ever been on a bike you know what its like, when you and the bike just click. It’s as if the machine knows what to do before you promt it, it executes your commands in tandem, effortlessly, no matter what the conditions or speed. I love my bike - especially on my days off - when I can really take it for a spin.
